Never use fast shipping on DX.com!

I haven't use my printer sens i got problem with the Z axis holder... so i order it from DX.com in aliminium.

I also order new heatbed kit and some cables that are to short. and order it with fast shippment.

2013-10-26 11:59:07 Order is being processed.  ( ok 24 was and satturday so i think the start on 28 or so)

2013-11-04 08:36:57 Order is being prepared for Shipment. ( WHAAT? 7 days to preper??)

2013-11-04 20:08:24 The rest will be shipped later.

2013-11-06 09:43:17 Your order has been fully shipped 

and today it is 2013-11-14 and i can't track it with swidish post yet so it have't recive to sweden yet...

so i ask frendly if it was possible to get giftcard on the shipment. but no.. and why?
becurse of it can take up to 14 days she said ( on the site it said 10 days) and the start shipping it on 04?
